We're often asked how we make our Dairy Free Cheesecake taste just like its cheesy counterpart. While we can't tell you HOW we do it, we can tell you what we put in it. Nutritious ingredients like organic spelt, vegan "cream cheese," and organic tofu. And we don't use any nasty preservatives or refined sugars. You still want to know HOW we do it, don't you? Non-hydrogenated vegan "cream cheese" (water, expeller processed oils (soybean, palm fruit, olive), maltodextrin, soy protein, tofu, non dairy lactic acid, organic sugar, natural gums (locust bean, guar, cellulose, xanthan and carrageenan), veg mono and diglycerides, salt), organic evaporated cane juice, organic tofu, wild blueberries, organic soymilk, vegan "sour cream", arrowroot flour, vanilla bean. Crust: organic spelt flour, brown rice syrup, organic evaporated cane juice, sunflower oil, cinnamon, baking soda, sea salt.
